Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counselling, we can work together to help you rediscover the motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and feeling of of hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger following a traumatic event. I will help you explore, safely and compassionately, those reoccurring emotions, identifying possible triggers and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Life can get busy and finding the time to travel to appointments is not always possible. That's why I provide confidential and safe online and telephone sessions weekday early evenings and Saturday mornings.
